High Knees
Legs
Drive your knees up toward your chest with each step, staying light and quick on the balls of your feet. Your torso stays tall, core engaged, arms pumping at your sides in rhythm with your legs. The faster your knees come up, the faster your cadence. Before you start, make sure you're on a surface with good grip—high knees demand quick foot placement and you don't want to slip. Eyes forward, shoulders relaxed. The movement should feel more like bouncing than running, with quick transitions between feet. Quality matters more than distance covered.
