B-Skip
Legs
The B-skip feels more athletic than the A because your leg position changes. Skip forward with high knees like the A-skip, but this time when your knee drives up, extend that same leg straight out in front of you before bringing it down to skip again. Your opposite arm still swings up. It's one continuous flow — knee up, leg extends, land, switch sides. This drill trains explosive hip extension and teaches your body to control power through a full range of motion. Don't rush the extension; make each rep count.
