Box Jump Over
Legs
Stand a short distance from the box, load into a quarter squat, and swing your arms as you jump up and over it, clearing the top entirely rather than landing on it. Land on the far side with your knees bent, absorbing the impact through your hips and ankles rather than your lower back. The real difference from a standard box jump is that there's no controlled step-down afterward — you're airborne over an obstacle in one motion. Reset fully between attempts, checking your footing and turning around before you go again, rather than rushing straight into the next jump.
