Broad Jump
Legs
The difference between a good broad jump and a wasted one is how you land. Most of the power in your legs looks great taking off, but it's absorbed quietly on the landing that actually builds strength. Push hard with both legs and travel forward, letting your arms swing for momentum. When your feet hit the ground, land on the balls of your feet first, then roll through to your whole foot as your knees and hips bend deeply. Absorb the impact steadily—no hard impact, no pounding. Stick the landing for a moment before you step back or reset.
