Burpee Broad Jump

Legs

Drop into a squat, place your hands on the floor, and kick your feet back into a plank. Add a push-up if you are including one, then hop your feet back up to your hands and stand. From standing, instead of jumping straight up, swing your arms back and drive forward and up, aiming to cover as much ground as possible before landing softly with bent knees. Reset your stance after landing before dropping into the next burpee. The forward jump changes the demand from pure vertical power to horizontal drive, so focus on pushing off the floor at an angle rather than straight up.
