Cable Adduction

Legs

Attach the cuff to your inner ankle and stand side-on to the pulley, working leg starting out wide, away from the machine. Sweep it across your body's midline in a slow arc, resisting the urge to let your torso do the work by leaning away. The pull is strongest as your leg crosses in front of your standing leg, so keep your hips square rather than rotating to shorten that last bit of range. Control the return back out to the start position at the same pace as the pull in — the inner thigh works just as hard lengthening as it does contracting.
