Cossack Squat
LegsCore
Stand with your feet well wider than shoulder-width, toes turned out slightly. The shape you're building is a deep lateral squat: sink your weight down and to one side, bending that knee deeply while your other leg stays straight, heel down, toes pointing up toward the ceiling. Keep your chest up and your weight sitting back into the bent-leg heel rather than collapsing onto your toes. Push back up through that same leg to return to center, then sink to the other side. Your hips should stay level rather than twisting open — if your straight-leg hip starts to rise, you've gone lower than your hips or ankles can currently support.
