Full Splits
Legs
Your front leg extends straight out in front and your back leg extends straight behind. Your hips sink until your torso sits flush or nearly flush on your front leg. Both legs are fully extended. The stretch is intense through your hamstring of your front leg and through your hip flexor of your back leg. If the floor feels too far away and your hips can't sit down, slide a cushion, block, or folded blanket under your back hip to prop yourself up. This makes the stretch less extreme. Breathe into the stretch and go slow.
