Cable Cross-Body Curl
Arms
Stand side-on to a low cable with a single handle, palm facing your body in a neutral grip. Curl the handle up and across your torso toward your opposite shoulder rather than straight up in front of you — that diagonal path is what shifts emphasis toward your brachialis and forearm alongside your biceps. Keep your elbow anchored at your side throughout so the movement happens at your elbow, not your shoulder. Lower back down along the same diagonal line under control. The cable's angle makes it easier to keep this cross-body path consistent than a dumbbell would, since the line of pull doesn't depend on you holding your wrist at the right angle.
