Band Curl
Arms
You should feel this squarely in your biceps, with almost no swing anywhere else. Stand on the band with both feet, holding the handles with your palms facing forward and your elbows pinned to your sides. Curl your hands up toward your shoulders without letting your elbows drift forward or your shoulders rock back to help. Squeeze at the top, then lower slowly — the band gets tighter as you curl, so the top is where it fights you hardest, and that's exactly where people rush. Keep your wrists straight throughout rather than curling them along with the movement.
