Band Bicep Curl

Arms

A band curl feels nothing like a dumbbell curl and that's the point — the resistance builds as you curl higher instead of staying constant, so the top of the rep is where it gets hard, not the bottom. Stand on the band with feet shoulder-width apart, elbows glued to your sides. Curl up under control, squeeze at the top where the tension peaks, then lower slowly rather than letting the band snap your arm back down. Keep your elbows still throughout — if they swing forward, your shoulders are helping and the arms are doing less than they should.
