EXERCISE · DUMBBELL
Cross-Body Curl
Arms
Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing your thighs, in a neutral grip. Curl one dumbbell up and across your body toward your opposite shoulder, rather than straight up in front of you. Your elbow stays pinned at your side as the anchor point — only your forearm travels across your torso. Lower back down along the same diagonal path and alternate sides. Keep your torso still and resist rotating your shoulders to help the weight across; the twist should happen at your elbow and wrist, not your spine.
