Cable Pullover
Back
Stand facing a high cable with a straight or rope attachment, and hinge slightly forward at your hips. Pull the attachment down and back in an arc, keeping your arms nearly straight, until your hands finish by your thighs, then let it return along the same path until your arms stretch back overhead. Because the cable keeps constant tension through the whole arc, unlike a barbell pullover which goes slack at the top, your lats stay loaded from the very start of the pull to the very end. Keep your ribs down and avoid using your hips to heave the weight down -- the pull should come from your shoulders drawing your arms through the arc, not your lower back.
