Chest Opener

Chest

Your forearms rest on the ground, parallel and shoulder-width apart, with your elbows positioned directly under your shoulders. Your chest sinks down toward the ground while your hips and legs stay planted. Don't let your lower back arch excessively; the stretch should spread across your chest and shoulders, not sink into your spine. Keep your head neutral with eyes looking down, shoulders relaxed away from your ears. Hold the position steady and breathe slowly into any tension you feel. This is gentle — don't force depth.
