Low Cable Fly
ChestShouldersArms
Set a single cable to its lowest position and stand facing away from the machine, handle in one hand, arm starting low by your hip. With a slight bend in your elbow, sweep your arm up and across your body to roughly chest height, leading with your hand rather than yanking with your shoulder. The low-to-high path targets the upper portion of your chest differently than a fly done at shoulder height. Control the return back down to the start rather than letting the cable pull your arm back for you. Keep your torso still and resist the urge to rotate into the movement.
