Chin Tuck

Back

When you get this right, your head feels balanced over your shoulders instead of jutting forward. Sit or stand upright, eyes forward. Gently pull your chin straight back, as if making a double-chin shape, without tilting your head up or down. Hold for a moment and release. The movement is small and the resistance is your own muscles. Do this between sets to reset your posture and alignment. You will notice your awareness of good positioning improving over time.
