Neck Rotation Stretch
Back
Sit or stand tall and slowly turn your head to look over one shoulder, keeping your chin roughly level rather than tipping it up or down. Let your shoulders stay relaxed and square instead of turning with your head — the rotation should happen only at your neck. You can rest a hand lightly on your jaw to add a small assist, but let it be a gentle nudge, not a pull. You'll feel this along the side of your neck opposite the direction you're facing. Move into it slowly rather than snapping your head around; the range you get on a slow turn is usually more than you'd guess.
