Neck Side Flexion Stretch
Back
Sit or stand tall and tilt your ear toward one shoulder, keeping your chin pointed forward rather than turning to look down or up. Let the opposite shoulder stay relaxed and down rather than hiking up to close the gap — that's what actually determines how much stretch you get. You can rest your hand lightly on the side of your head for a gentle added pull, but the shoulder staying down matters more than how hard you pull. You'll feel this along the side of your neck, from your ear down toward your collarbone. Keep it slow and light; this area doesn't need much force to open up.
