Doorway Hip Flexor Stretch
Legs
Set up in the same half-kneeling lunge as a basic hip flexor stretch, back knee down, front foot planted ahead — except now you hold the door frame with both hands. The frame is there purely for balance, so you can sink your hips straight down and forward without worrying about tipping, useful if ankle or knee mobility usually gets in the way of holding the position steady. Squeeze the glute on your back leg to tuck your pelvis, which is what actually delivers the stretch to the front of that hip. Keep your torso upright rather than pulling yourself forward with your arms; the frame stabilizes you, it doesn't do the stretching.
