Reclined Pigeon

Legs

Lie on your back and cross one ankle over the opposite knee, shin roughly parallel to the floor. Reach through the gap and clasp your hands behind the thigh of the leg still on the ground, then pull that thigh gently toward your chest. The stretch sits deep in the outer hip and glute of the crossed leg — press that knee gently away from you with your forearm if you want more of it there specifically. Keep your head and shoulders relaxed on the floor rather than craning up to reach your leg; let your arms do the pulling.
