Extended Child's Pose

Back

Kneel and sit your hips back toward your heels, knees spread wide enough for your torso to settle between them. Walk your hands forward along the floor until your arms are fully extended, palms down, and let your chest melt toward the ground. Keep reaching forward through your fingertips rather than letting your arms go slack, which is what pulls the stretch through your lats and the sides of your back rather than just your hips. Rest your forehead on the floor and let your breathing settle before you sink any deeper.
