Fish Pose

Back

When you get this right, you feel an open stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulders, not pinching or tightness. Lie on your back with your legs extended and your hands palm-down under your glutes, fingers toward your feet. Press your forearms and elbows into the floor and lift your chest up and back. The crown of your head can rest lightly on the floor or just above — do not weight your neck. Keep your elbows close to your ribs. Breathe deeply. If pressure builds in your neck, ease off.
