Foam Roll Glutes
Legs
Sit on a foam roller with one ankle crossed over the opposite knee, leaning your weight toward the side of the crossed leg so the roller sits under that glute. Support yourself with your hands behind you and roll slowly forward and back over a short section, pausing wherever you find a tighter spot and letting your body weight sink into it for a few seconds before continuing. Keep the movement slow, rolling fast skates over the tissue instead of working it. Adjust the angle of your leg slightly to reach different parts of the glute, then switch sides.
