Lying Glute Stretch

Legs

Lie on your back with both knees bent, feet flat. Cross one ankle over the opposite knee, then reach through and clasp your hands behind the thigh of the bottom leg, pulling it toward your chest just far enough to feel your glute working. Keep your lower back flat on the floor rather than letting it lift to chase more range. Unlike pulling both legs into a full figure-4 fold, you're not trying to load the hamstring here — stop pulling as soon as you feel the glute open up. Press the knee of the crossed leg gently away with your elbow for a touch more depth without adding a forward hinge.
