Frame Carry
Back
Load a heavy frame or implement you can grip and carry — a power rack frame, a heavy sled, or a loaded frame works. Your grip is firm but your forearms stay relaxed. Walk forward for distance. Your shoulders pack down, your core stays braced, and your posture stays upright throughout. You're not tensing your arms; the weight carries through your core and posterior chain, not through your hands. The longer you walk, the more your upper back works to stabilize the load and keep it from tipping. Keep moving forward with purpose.
