Keg Carry

Core

Grip the keg from both sides at the handles, tucking it tight against your chest like you're hugging it. Your forearms should be vertical, elbows tucked. Brace your core hard before you step — this isn't a casual stroll. Your torso stays upright as you walk; don't let the keg roll forward and collapse your spine backward. Keep your core locked the entire distance. Most people start strong but their grip loosens and the keg shifts with each step, turning the walk into a fight with the load instead of a controlled carry.
