Weighted Push-Up
ChestShouldersArms
Hands set just outside shoulder-width, body in one straight line from shoulders to heels. Lower your chest toward the floor with your elbows tracking back at roughly a 45 degree angle from your torso, not flared straight out to the sides. Press back up through your palms without letting your hips sag or your lower back arch. The added weight will find any weak point in that line fast, usually showing up first as sagging hips -- brace your core before you lower, not halfway down. Keep your head neutral, eyes toward the floor a little ahead of your hands rather than craning up.
