Push-Up
ChestShouldersArms
Your body should form one straight line from your shoulders to your ankles, the whole set. Hands roughly under your shoulders or a touch wider, fingers pointing forward. Brace your core and squeeze your glutes so your hips can't sag or pike up. Lower yourself until your chest is close to the floor, elbows angling back at roughly 45 degrees from your body rather than flaring straight out to the sides. Press back up along that same line, keeping the plank shape locked in the entire time. If your hips are the first thing to move, that's your core giving out before your arms do.
