Hip Bridge March

Legs

Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor. Push through your heels to lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees, then hold that height steady. From there, lift one knee toward your chest without letting your hips dip or rotate toward that side. Set the foot back down and switch legs, keeping your hips level and elevated the entire time — the march is only worth doing if the bridge itself doesn't collapse while you lift. Move slowly enough that you can catch any tilt before it happens rather than after.
