Band Pull-Through

Legs

Face away from the anchor with the band between your legs, feet a bit wider than your hips. Your shape here is a hinge, not a squat — knees stay soft with a slight bend, and the movement comes from folding at your hips while your back stays flat. Reach the band back and let it pull you into a fold, chest tipping toward the floor as your hips travel back behind you. Drive your hips forward to stand tall, squeezing your glutes hard at the top rather than yanking with your lower back. Keep the band's tension constant — don't let it go slack at the top or bottom. This one teaches the hip hinge pattern without a bar in your hands, so slow down and feel where the movement is coming from.
