Weighted Hip Bridge March
Legs
Same bridge and march as the bodyweight version, but with a dumbbell resting across your hip crease, held in place with both hands while you lift and hold the bridge. The extra load makes it harder to keep your hips level once you start marching one leg at a time. Push through your heels to raise into the bridge, keep the weight steady across your hips, then lift one knee toward your chest without letting that side drop. The load isn't there to make the bridge itself harder so much as to expose any wobble in your hips during the march — if the weight rocks, you're compensating somewhere.
