Kettlebell Halo

Shoulders

Hold the kettlebell by the horns close to your chest, and trace a slow circle around your head, passing it behind your neck and back around to the front — that circular path is the entire movement. Keep your core braced and your ribs down so your lower back doesn't arch as the weight passes behind you, and move slowly enough to control the bell rather than let momentum carry it. Alternate direction evenly between sides. This is a shoulder mobility and control drill more than a strength one, so keep the weight light and the circle smooth rather than rushed.
