Cable Upright Row
ShouldersArms
Stand facing a low pulley with a straight bar or handle attachment, hands close together, arms hanging in front of you. Pull the bar straight up along your body, leading with your elbows so they rise above your wrists, until your hands reach roughly chest height. Stop there rather than pulling all the way to your chin; going higher than shoulder height turns the movement into more of a shrug than a pull. The cable keeps steady resistance the whole way, unlike a barbell version where the pull gets easier as your arms straighten out near the top.
