High Cable Fly
ChestShouldersArms
Where a decline cable fly works both arms together and chases the lower chest, this one works one arm at a time and reaches for the upper fibers near your collarbone. Set the pulley low, near the floor, and stand side-on with a slight forward lean, the foot on your working side staggered back a little for a stable base. Sweep your arm up and across your body, finishing near the opposite shoulder or higher, elbow staying softly bent throughout. Keep your torso still — the pull comes from your chest and shoulder, not from twisting your hips to help it along. Reverse with control, then switch sides.
