Prowler Push

Legs

Grip the sled at whichever handles you've been given, high or low, and lean your weight into it before your legs do any work. High handles keep your torso more upright and put more load on your quads; low handles force a longer forward lean that pulls your hamstrings and hips into the effort. Drive through the balls of your feet with short, choppy steps rather than long strides, and keep your arms locked so the push comes from your legs and hips, not your shoulders. Stay low and push in a straight line; drifting sideways burns effort you should be spending moving forward.
