Shuttle Run

Legs

Most people coast the return. After sprinting out to the line, your legs are already burning, so the sprint back feels way harder — the real temptation is to jog and recover. Don't. The work is the total distance you cover at speed, not speed out and recovery back. The return counts just as much as going out. Drive hard in both directions, touch that line cleanly, and keep your intensity consistent.
