Sprint

Legs

A real sprint should feel like barely controlled chaos — your breathing is shallow and rapid, your legs are burning, and you're running on the edge of what you can hold for the distance. Your posture is upright, chest open, and your arms drive hard. Lean forward slightly from the ankles, not the waist. Land on your midfoot, not your heels. Each step should be explosive and short. Most people jog when they mean to sprint; there's a difference. Sprint leaves you gasping. If you're fine afterward, you can push harder.
