Sled Pull
Back
Lean back into the harness or grip so your body makes a strong angle — you're pulling the sled by putting your weight against it. Keep your chest up and shoulders packed back. Your legs do the work, driving into the ground and walking the sled toward you. The moment your shoulders round or you start hunching forward, the angle breaks and it becomes an arm pull instead. Stay tall, keep tension in your back, and let your legs drive the distance. Most people go too upright too fast; stay at an angle.
