Seated Straddle Stretch

Legs

Sit with your legs spread wide to each side, knees pointed toward the ceiling and feet flexed. Walk your hands forward on the floor between your legs, hinging from your hips so your chest moves toward the floor while your back stays long rather than curling. You'll feel this through your inner thighs and hamstrings at once, since the wide stance loads both. Keep your kneecaps facing up rather than letting your legs roll inward as you reach forward, which quietly shifts load off your inner thigh. Widen or narrow your stance to change which side of that combination you feel more.
