Reverse Nordic Curl
Legs
Kneel on a soft surface with your hips extended so your body forms a straight line from your knees to your head, ankles anchored or feet tucked under something stable behind you. Keeping your hips locked straight and your body rigid, lean backward from your knees, controlling the fall with your quads rather than dropping. This loads your quads while they lengthen, the opposite of what a normal quad exercise does. Go back only as far as your quads can control before pressing yourself back to upright. Keep your hips extended throughout — if they bend to help you lean back, you've turned it into a different movement and the quads stop doing the work.
