Sissy Squat
Legs
Your body forms a straight line leaning back from your knees, not your hips — that's what separates this from a regular squat. Hold onto something for balance, rise up onto the balls of your feet, and let your knees travel forward as you lean your torso back, lowering until you feel a deep stretch across the front of your thighs. Your hips barely bend at all; almost everything happens at the knee. Push back up by straightening your knees and pulling your torso upright again, keeping that same straight line the whole way.
