Suitcase Carry

Core

Grab a single weight in one hand and stand tall, letting it hang at your side like you're carrying a suitcase. Your torso will want to tip toward the loaded side — resist that pull and keep your shoulders and hips level as you walk, rather than letting the weight drag you into a lean. The entire challenge is anti-movement: your obliques and deep core are working hard to keep you upright even though nothing about the carry looks strenuous. Take normal steps rather than shortening your stride to fight the weight, and switch the weight to your other hand once your form on this side breaks down.
