Tricep Pushdown
Arms
The set lives or dies on your elbows. Pin them to your sides before the first rep and don't let them drift forward as you push — the moment they travel, your chest and shoulders start sharing the work and your triceps get a smaller cut. Stand tall, slight forward lean from the hips, not the waist. Push the bar down until your arms are straight, squeeze for a beat, then let it rise back up with control until your forearms are roughly parallel to the floor. Your wrists stay firm and neutral throughout — don't let them roll over the bar at the bottom.
