Band Tricep Pushdown

Arms

You should feel this along the back of your upper arm, with your shoulder staying quiet. Anchor the band overhead and hold the handles with your elbows pinned to your sides, bent to about a right angle to start. Press your hands straight down until your arms are fully extended, keeping your elbows locked in place against your ribs the entire time — if they drift forward or out, you've turned it into a shoulder movement. Squeeze at full extension, then let the band bring your hands back up under control rather than letting your elbows fly out to meet it.
