TRX Lunge

Legs

Most people lean too far back into the straps, thinking they're getting more depth. What they're actually doing is moving their torso instead of their legs. Keep your chest upright and your weight in your front heel. Step backward into a lunge, lowering until your back knee hovers near the ground. The TRX helps you balance, not support your upper body. If you're leaning back, you're wasting the TRX's purpose. Stay tall, step back, and let your legs do the work. The TRX is a balance aid, not a seat.
