TRX Squat
Legs
The difference between a real TRX squat and a knee-bend disaster is grip tension. As you lower into the squat, pull yourself down using the TRX straps, maintaining tension. Your chest stays up and your weight is in your heels. Let the straps support you as you descend and as you drive back up. If your grip goes slack halfway down, you'll collapse forward or lose your position. Engage the straps the whole way. The squat is working your legs; the TRX is holding you accountable to staying upright.
