TRX Row

Back

The difference between a TRX row that blasts your back and one that becomes an arm exercise is your body angle and elbow position. Lean back at an angle, keeping your body rigid and straight from head to heels — don't let your hips sag or pike. Pull your chest toward the handles by driving your elbows back, keeping them close to your ribs. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top. Your body angle determines the difficulty; the more vertical you are, the easier it gets. If you find yourself pulling with your arms, you're too upright.
