EXERCISE · KETTLEBELL
Kettlebell Row
Back
Hinge forward from your hips until your torso is close to parallel with the floor, back flat, a kettlebell hanging in each hand at arm's length. Soft bend in your knees, weight sitting back in your heels rather than your toes. Pull both kettlebells toward your hips at the same time, driving your elbows straight back and squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top. Lower them under control back to a full hang before the next rep — don't let your torso rise up to help the pull. Keep your neck in line with your spine throughout; craning your head up to look forward is an easy habit to fall into here and it adds strain for no benefit.
