Seated Machine Row

Back

The easiest way to ruin this one is yanking the handle back with your whole torso, rocking forward and using momentum to finish the pull. Keep your chest against the pad or your spine tall and still, and let your arms and back do the work instead of your hips. Drive your elbows back past your ribs and squeeze your shoulder blades together at the finish, like you're pinching something between them. Let the weight travel back out under control until your arms are fully extended and you feel a stretch across your upper back before pulling again.
