EXERCISE · BARBELL
Landmine Row
BackArms
Load one end of a barbell into a landmine sleeve or a corner, and stand over it in a staggered stance, gripping close to the loaded end with one hand. Hinge forward at your hips until your torso is around 45 degrees to the floor, letting the bar hang. Pull the bar up toward your hip, driving your elbow back and up rather than out to the side, and squeeze at the top before lowering under control. The angled bar path this setup creates lets you row heavier than a straight barbell would at the same forward lean, without your lower back taking the strain.
